We seek to invest only in businesses where we can use our skill sets and experience to add value. We then work with our clients over a 3 to 5 year horizon to achieve desired objectives.
We seek to invest in businesses with the following characteristics:
- Enterprise value between $10m and $200m.
- Have a strong market position or niche and/or a sustainable competitive advantage.
- Potential for strong and sustained growth in revenue and profitability.
- Opportunities exist to grow the business through acquisitions.
- Successful profitable businesses with strong stable cashflows from operations.
- Have enterprising management with proven experience.
- Are Australian based.
- Succession issue businesses - where an owner wishes to cash out part of their equity while retaining a material ownership stake, as part of a gradual succession strategy.
We aim to provide value added services such as:
- defining and targeting new market opportunities and trends;
- improving the financial condition and operational efficiency of the business;
- capitalising on growth opportunities both organically and through acquisitions/mergers;
- assistance in financial restructuring and follow-on funding; and
- recruiting talented managers with a proven industry track record to energise and develop the business further.
