Where we are provided with your tax file number, or personal credit information in relation to investing activities in one of our syndicates, we will keep the information confidential and destroy it when it is no longer relevant, we will observe the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Primewest Capital will only collect personal information relevant to the formation and management of syndicates of which you are a member. Some or all of this information will be made available to the following organisations:-
- Solicitors and legal advisers preparing legal documents for the formation and administration of the syndicate
- Managing agents for the management of the syndicate property and payment of distributions
- Our accountants who maintain the accounting records of each syndicate
- Our Compliance Officer who is contracted to review the administration of each syndicate
Other than the parties disclosed above, your personal information will not be released to anyone without your authorisation unless we are required to do so under compulsion of the law.
Your personal information will be kept secure at all time and you have a right to access any personal information we may have recorded and to seek correction of that information if it is not correct. We will endeavour to keep your personal information up to date and accurate at all times.
