Lui Giuliani, Managing Director
Lui has had over 20 years of business experience through both his professional Chartered Accounting roles and ownership of various businesses.
Prior to establishing Primewest Capital Pty Ltd, Lui had been a partner at Ernst & Young for over 7 years. Lui was the leader of the Perth Office Strategic Growth Market Group. During that time Lui assisted emerging companies with strategic business advisory assistance and corporate structuring. Lui had also over 13 years provided advice to larger corporate groups such as Wesfarmers Limited, FAL, RAC of WA and Home Building Society.
Lui is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia, holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Curtin University and completed a Strategic Management course at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. |

Oren Zohar, Managing Director
Oren Zohar has specialised in the areas of corporate advisory and restructuring for the past 15 years. He was a founding partner of the Perth office of KordaMentha, and has gained broad experience across many industry sectors.
Oren has acted as either the administrator, liquidator or receiver for over 300 companies, including in recent times acting as a receiver and manager of Westpoint Corporation.
Oren is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia. He is a registered and official liquidator and a registered trustee in bankruptcy. Oren is also currently completing an Executive MBA at Melbourne Business School. |

Anthony Benino, Executive Director
Anthony has been the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of a number of publicly listed companies including Home Building Society, Sanford Securities Ltd and Bell Direct.
Anthony was a Senior Manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in their risk management division which included a two year secondment to their London office.
He has implemented financial and risk management systems to support business planning and drive business performance. Anthony has experience in merger/acquisition integration planning, project management and implementation.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Business from Edith Cowan University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Chartered Secretaries of Australia Ltd. |

Demetrius Hassiotis, Executive Director
Demetrius has over 13 years of corporate experience obtained at the highest level in the City of London and in Australia through various positions he has held during his career.
Prior to becoming involved with Primewest Capital, Demetrius was an Executive Director in the audit division of Ernst & Young in Australia specializing in the financial services and construction sectors. In the United Kingdom Demetrius obtained senior corporate experience in roles within AVIVA plc (5th largest insurance group globally), Goldman Sachs, where he acted as stock market analyst and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Demetrius has provided strategic as well as transactional advice to a number of clients including GESB, Choice Homeloans, St George Bank and others.
Demetrius is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and Chartered Secretaries Australia. Demetrius is a Registered Company Auditor and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Demetrius has also completed executive management training at INSEAD Business School (CEDEP), Paris. |

Lui Pangiarella, Consultant
Lui specialises in Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategy and Execution and Organisation Development.
Lui has held senior Commercial and Project roles with in the Wesfarmers Group of companies. Lui's experience spans a broad range of industries including hardware retail, transport and logistics, fertiliser and chemicals manufacturing and distribution, heavy construction and insurance.
Lui has led the formulation of business strategy, cultural transformation and performance improvement plans across many organisations. He also has extensive experience in evaluating new opportunities and the development of business cases and subsequent integration of acquisitions.
