Lui Giuliani, Managing Director
Lui has had over 20 years of business experience through both his professional Chartered Accounting roles and ownership of various businesses.
Prior to establishing Primewest Capital Pty Ltd, Lui had been a partner at Ernst & Young for over 7 years. Lui was the leader of the Perth Office Strategic Growth Market Group. During that time Lui assisted emerging companies with strategic business advisory assistance and corporate structuring. Lui had also over 13 years provided advice to larger corporate groups such as Wesfarmers Limited, FAL, RAC of WA and Home Building Society.
Lui is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia, holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Curtin University and completed a Strategic Management course at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. |

Oren Zohar, Managing Director
Oren Zohar has specialised in the areas of corporate advisory and restructuring for the past 15 years. He was a founding partner of the Perth office of KordaMentha, and has gained broad experience across many industry sectors.
Oren has acted as either the administrator, liquidator or receiver for over 300 companies, including in recent times acting as a receiver and manager of Westpoint Corporation.
Oren is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia. He is a registered and official liquidator and a registered trustee in bankruptcy. Oren is also currently completing an Executive MBA at Melbourne Business School. |

Anthony Benino, Executive Director
Anthony has been the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of a number of publicly listed companies including Home Building Society, Sanford Securities Ltd and Bell Direct.
Anthony was a Senior Manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in their risk management division which included a two year secondment to their London office.
He has implemented financial and risk management systems to support business planning and drive business performance. Anthony has experience in merger/acquisition integration planning, project management and implementation.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Business from Edith Cowan University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Chartered Secretaries of Australia Ltd. |

John Bond, Non-Executive Director / Strategic Direction
John has been a Director of Primewest Management since 2000 and of other companies within the group since 1991. As a professional property investor, he has over 20 years experience in negotiating acquisitions, overseeing development of properties and asset management. He owns CBD offices, neighbourhood shopping centres and residential land subdivisions throughout Australia.
He is a qualified solicitor, holding a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Jurisprudence. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Corporate Member of the Property Council. |

Jim Litis, Non-Executive Director / Strategic Direction
Jim has been a Director of Primewest Management since 2000 and of other companies in the group since 1988. He is a professional property investor and started investing in properties in the 1970s by purchasing CBD retail and office buildings in Perth.
He is a member of the Property Council and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science.
He has extensive experience in retail, having co-founded and operated Douglas Hi-Fi in Perth from 1973. The chain of seven Hi-fi stores was sold to a public company in 1988. Jim still has retail interests. |

David Schwartz, Non-Executive Director / Strategic Direction
David is a professional property investor with 25 years experience in negotiating acquisitions and overseeing development of properties. He is Chairman of Loftus Capital Partners Ltd, a Director of ADG Global Supply, and a Non-executive Director of Schaffer Corporation Ltd and the Betts Group Ltd. He is Executive Chairman of Pascoe’s Pty Ltd.
His property investments have been strongly focused on retail and commercial developments. |

Tim Ungar, Non-Executive Director / Strategic Direction
Tim has an extensive background as a Senior Executive in the telecommunications and technology industries in the areas of infrastructure, manufacturing, marketing and operations.
He is currently the Chairman of TSA Telco Group, a national sales and marketing company which is headquartered in Western Australia. He is also Chairman of Insight Infrastructure, a Singapore based company with business interests in India.
He is a Governor of the WA Museum Foundation, a member of the WA Olympic Business Committee and Chairman of the Western Australian Museum which is currently planning to build a new $500m Museum of the 21st Century in WA. |
